Information and purposes
We process your uploaded photo, dedication, optional names and dates, design choices, session identifiers, task status and technical records to create posters, protect private access and investigate failures. Support email includes your address and message.

Photos and AI processing
AISaaSGo and its upstream services receive your re-encoded reference photo through a temporary HTTPS access link and your poster text. Creem receives the complete compiled prompt, including any dedication, names and dates, for text screening. Text screening does not verify photo permissions.

Storage and deletion
Photos, poster text, results and access tokens are held in private server memory for one hour from session creation. Server restart can clear them sooner. Deleting your session removes those photos and tasks and revokes our reference links. It does not erase downloaded files or copies already held by providers.

Independent records
Technical audit and usage records, order identifiers, checkout email, attempt counts and selections are retained separately from session photos and results. Unused attempts remain linked to the order after photo-session expiry; use checkout-email recovery or contact support if email recovery is unavailable. Expired images are not restored. Recovery codes do not automatically expire and can be reused. Keep your code private; anyone with it and your checkout email can access the order. Requesting a new code replaces the old one. Only keyed hashes are stored. Session deletion does not automatically erase order records. Contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion.

Service providers
Cloudflare handles website traffic and forwards support email to an operator-managed Gmail inbox. AISaaSGo and its upstream services handle image processing; Creem handles checkout and text screening. When email recovery is enabled, Resend receives the checkout email and recovery code to deliver the verification message, without photos or poster text. These providers may process information outside your country. Provider retention, training terms and transfer safeguards have not been fully verified.

Browser storage and tracking
Essential cookies protect your private session and remember dismissal of the storage notice. Photos and jobs stay in private server memory; results and marked previews use private temporary files, deleted at session expiry or deletion and cleared on restart. Temporary browser storage restores your design during the active session, before checkout and after order recovery. The application has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. We do not use your photos or words to train our own model. See Cookies & storage for details.
