Checkout payments
The current checkout uses test transactions and does not collect real money. There is no real payment to refund. Do not enter real card details in test checkout.

Payment or result issues
Contact [email protected] if you notice an unexpected charge or cannot access a result. Include the date, amount and order reference where available. Never send a full card number or security code.

Generation issues
Submitted attempts, including failed or uncertain requests, count toward the plan limit. Local refusals before submission do not count. If a request appears stuck or its outcome is uncertain, check its status or contact support. Once it stops running, you may choose to use a remaining attempt; we never automatically resubmit it.
