The service
Recuérdame creates personalized AI memorial posters delivered as digital files. Your chosen plan defines the number of candidate attempts and posters you may select. Printing, shipping and subscriptions are not included.

Permissions
Submit only photos, likenesses and text you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. This applies to everyone included in a photo. A family relationship alone does not establish all necessary rights. Follow Acceptable Use.

Results and review
AI can alter likeness, invent details or misspell text. Review the people, dedication, names and dates before downloading. Generated scenes are artistic interpretations, not records of real events or messages from the deceased.

Selection and delivery
Submitted attempts, including failed or uncertain requests, count toward the plan limit. Local refusals before submission do not count. Unused attempts remain with the order after photo-session expiry and can be recovered using the checkout email when email recovery is available, or through support. Finalizing explicitly ends generation for the order, locks the selected posters and forfeits unused attempts or download slots. Download within the one-hour photo session; server restart can clear results sooner. Order recovery does not restore expired images. File format and pixel dimensions are shown with completed posters.

Content and usage
You retain your rights in uploaded content and authorize the processing described in Privacy to provide the service. Gallery examples are for viewing and do not include a commercial license. Use of your generated files remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights and provider terms; exclusive ownership is not guaranteed.
